See whatit actuallysold for.

eBay hides what items really sold for — Best-Offer sales show the crossed-out list price, not the deal that was struck. TrueSold reveals the actual sold price, recent comps and how fast things sell, right on the listing you're viewing.

The price terminal.

One panel. Zero guesswork.

TrueSold adds a small panel to the corner of any eBay UK listing. It reads the item's purchase history through your own signed-in session and shows the number eBay won't.

Works inside your own signed-in eBay session — if you're not signed in to eBay, eBay won't show sold data to anyone.

All eBay data stays in your browser session — our servers never see it. Your account only sends us sign-in and billing basics. Minimise it to a floating button and it's out of the way until you need it.

Questions.

Q1How does TrueSold get sold prices?

From your own signed-in eBay session, in your browser — the same sold-search and item purchase-history pages you can open yourself. All eBay data stays in your browser session, so our servers never see it; your account only sends us sign-in and billing basics.

Q2What's the “true” sold price about?

When a listing sells via Best Offer, eBay displays the original list price with a line through it, not the amount actually paid. TrueSold reads the item's purchase history to show the real figure — often meaningfully lower than the sticker.

Q3Is my data safe?

Yes. All eBay data stays in your browser session, so our servers never see it. Your account only sends us sign-in and billing basics; payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your card. See our privacy policy.

Q4Do I need an account?

No — you can start checking sold prices with no sign-in at all (up to 15 a month). An account and Pro unlock unlimited checks plus the full analytics: median, range and price-history charts.

Q5Does it work for every item?

Almost always. A few Best-Offer listings never expose the true price even to eBay's own history; there, TrueSold shows the sold comps instead and tells you honestly.

Q6Do I need an eBay account?

Yes — eBay itself now requires sign-in to view sold prices. TrueSold reads them inside your own browser session; our servers never see that eBay data.
